技术商品流通的梯度理论技术梯度是指国家之间、地区之间、单位之间经济、技术水平的差距。由于历史原因造成的技术水平不同,导致各区域经济发展呈梯度层次,形成先进、中间和落后等的不同梯度。因为技术商品的使用、消化、吸收,需要具备一定的经济技术力量,包括工程技术人员的科技知识水平、技术装备的技术水平和招有量,以及配套资金拥有量、市场占有率和经营管理水平等,所以技术商品的流通是沿着经济技术梯度小的方向转移。在国际技术贸易中,技术商品总是向经济技术水平比较接近的国家转移,其中发达国家间的技术贸易远超过发达国家与发展中国家之间的技术贸易;就一国内部而言,技术商品也在较为发达的地区之间流通量大;就单位之间的技术流通而言,也是如此,如果相互间技术梯度较大,不便于技术的消化吸收,从而影响技术商品的流通。
