补充资料：肉苁蓉芡实兔肉汤
用料：兔肉100克，肉苁蓉、芡实各30克。
做法：
(1)兔肉洗净，斩件；肉苁蓉略浸，切片；芡实洗净，清水浸半小时。
(2)把全部用料放入锅内，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，文火烫1-2小时，调味供用。
功效：补肾涩精，抗衰延寿。
适应症：早衰，老年人肾虚。症见筋骨瘦弱，腰膝冷痛，小便濒数，或小便混浊，早衰阳萎遗泄。妇女脾肾虚弱之带下。
注释：本汤补肾固肾，延缓衰老。汤中兔肉性味甘凉，功能补中益气，健脾止渴，是高蛋白低脂肪食品，有"健美肉"之称，
其所含卵磷脂有保护血管，阻止血栓形成，抑制动脉粥样硬化症发生发展的作用。肉苁蓉性味甘咸温，功能补肾阳，益精血，《大明本草》说它能"治男子绝阳不兴，女子绝阴不产，润五脏，长肌肉，暖腰膝。"本品含有丰富的白色结晶物质--甘露醇，据研究报道，甘露醇在延缓皮肤衰老，增强机体免疫功能，激活体内超氧化物歧化酶和降低脂褐质堆积等方面，均有显著作用，可见，含丰富甘露醇的肉苁蓉有良好的抗衰老作用。芡实性味甘涩平，功能健脾因肾涩精，《本草纲目》说它能"止渴益肾，治小便不禁，遗精白浊带下。"合而为汤，既补益又防老，是健美延寿的补汤。
注意和禁忌：感冒发热者不宜用本汤。
