串木野地下水封石油洞库 日本国家石油储备基地中3座大型地下水封石油洞库之一。位于日本南九州鹿儿岛西部串木野。地下水封石油洞库是第二次世界大战以后逐步发展起来的一种新型储油设施。它是在稳定的地下水位以下的岩层中开挖未经被覆的洞穴用来储油。由于洞穴处于地下水的静压力的包围之中，少量地下水可以通过岩石裂隙渗入洞穴，从而有效地防止洞内油气外逸。串木野地下水封石油洞库由10条储油巷道组成3个贮油单元：第一单元由2条巷道组成，贮油35万立方米；第二、三单元各有4条储油巷道，每单元分别贮油70万立方米。储油巷道洞底标高为－42米。油库总容量175万立方米。地面占地5公顷，地下占地26公顷。另外还建有10万吨级单点系泊式油码头一座，用以进行收发油作业。整个油库实行自动控制，地下无人值守。 |
