The influences of the new national standard on product structure,selection of raw materials,wheat blending technology,flour milling technology and after-treatment of flour were pointed out.

The influences of the particle size distribution (PSD) and the mineral composition distribution of cement prepared by different grinding technology on the physical performances of cement and concrete were investigated.

The major characteristics and problems of wheat flour milling technology were analyzed and a new wheat flour milling technology of highly enhanced stock grading was put forward.
