The hot rolling process of C194 alloy was determined by high temperature tensile test and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC),and its influence on microstructure evolution was investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM),and the property variation was examined when the end rolling temperature was 780 ℃ and 650 ℃ respectively.
通过高温拉伸试验和差热分析(DSC)确定了C194铜合金的热轧工艺,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等分析方法研究了热轧工艺对合金组织的影响,以及在其它工艺不变的情况下,研究了采用两种终轧温度(780℃及650℃)后合金性能的变化。

The results showed that inclusion,microstructure,composition,annealing process and hot rolling process have great influence on the elongation of SPCC cold rolled plate.

Through comparing the influence of two different kinds of hot-rolling processes on low carbon microalloyed steel, we concluded that fine M-A structure and precipitates could be gained by reducing the finish rolling and coiling temperatures, therefore the yield strength and toughness will be improved, especially the SA(Shear Area) percentage of DWTT(Drop Weight Tear Test).
通过对比两种不同的热轧工艺对低碳微合金钢组织与性能的影响,得出在此类针状铁素体型钢中,降低终轧和卷曲温度,可以获得细小弥散的M-A组织和析出物,从而提高钢的屈服强度和韧性,特别是改善DWTT(落锤撕裂试验)性能。
