【风险管理决策】Pohcy根据风险管理的目标和宗旨，在科学的风险分析基础上，合理地选择风险管理工具，从而制定出处置风险的总体方案。风险管理决策的特点是: (1)风险管理决策是以风险可能造成的损失结果为对象，根据成本和效益的比较原则，选择成本最低，安全保障效益最大的风险处理方案。 (2)风险管理决策属于不确定情况下的决策，因而概率分布成为风险管理决策的客观依据，决策者个人对风险的态度构成风险管理决策的主观依据。 (3)由于风险具有随机性和多变性，所以风险管理决策的内容必须定期评价和调整。 (4)由于投人保险是化未来不确定性为相对确定性的较好途径，所以，以保险为主，结合运用其他非保险手段是风险管理决策的一个显著特点。
