比较整体炭毡、针刺无纬布预制体材料的增密速率及性能,结果表明密度不同的整体炭毡、针刺无纬布预制体经过3个周期CVD致密,坯体密度开始趋于一致;预制体对材料密度、开孔率、肖氏硬度影响不大,针刺无纬布较整体炭毡轴向纤维含量高,材料轴向强度明显高,且该结构易于获得粗糙层结构CVD炭,材料弯曲断口呈现出明显的假塑性断裂特征。
