用量用法：
单剂量 12-14mg/m2静脉滴注，3－4周后重复使用，急性白血病：2－5mg/m2/日，连用5日，间隔2－3周重复给药一次，恶性淋巴瘤、乳腺癌：5mg/m2/日，连用3日，每隔3周给药一次，肝癌及其它实体瘤：6－12／mg/m2/日，连用3日，3－4周后重复使用。联合用药 5－10mg/m2/次。
禁忌： 有骨髓抑制或肝功能不全者禁用。
不良反应： 骨髓抑制，少数患者可有早搏及心电图异常。可有恶心、呕吐，偶见脱发、口腔炎。
注意事项： 一般情况差，有并发症及心、肺功能不全的病人慎用。
药物相互作用： 与其它抗癌药物联用可发挥协同作用。
