   分子式C11H8O2,分子量172.2。又称甲萘醌,亮黄色晶体,有特殊的刺激性气味。熔点105~107℃。不溶于水,溶于乙醇、氯仿、苯、四氯化碳和植物油等。遇光或铁质分解变质,是防治缺乏凝血酶原症的特效药,主要作用是促进血液凝固。可由β-甲基萘在冰醋酸中用铬酐氧化成甲萘醌,然后与亚硫酸氢钠生成加成物使用。
