性质:对于已成型完毕、尚未贴胎面的硬边力车胎胎体的胎圈部位加贴细胶布(亦称外包布)的机械。主要由机架、传动装置、主动轮、被动轮和压辊组成。包布时将成型好的力车胎胎体由人工套在主动轮与被动轮上,再使被动轮沿导轨移动把胎体撑紧,然后由人工将包布从布卷上引至胎体由压布轮将包布的一半宽度压贴于胎体上,由卷边轮将余下的一半宽度向下卷边,再由托布轮将卷折的包布托起贴于胎体内侧,最后经压布轮压实完成外包布作业。
