失枕手法 失枕手法 医疗技术名。理筋手法之。其法令正坐，术者站立于患者背后，一手扶患者头顶，另一手拇、中指点按天枢、风池、风府等穴位，并顺诸穴部位自上而下按摩多次，再用拿法、捏法、提弹颈后部及肩背诸肌腱各数次。次以双手拇指于枕骨关节，余指在颌下部、双前臂下压患者双肩，用力边摇晃边提顺及边旋转头部多次，再一手托枕后部，一手托下颌部向前、向左、向右轻缓旋转，最后一次加大旋转幅度，常可听到响声。该法之施行必须柔和，忌粗暴，以免造成新的扭挫伤害。
