九龙池位于荣成市槎山风景区西北千真洞洞顶处。千真洞顶有一巨大岩石横卧其上,恰似天外飞来,十分奇特。巨石上面平坦宽敞,跟晒货场差不多。令人惊奇的是,在这青色花岗岩的高山之巅,散落着九个大小不一的水池,大的若浴盘,小的似茶杯,个个池水清澈见底,旱不干涸,涝不溢出。据传说是龙之九子洗澡的地方,故称“九龙池”。
