The rolling results and performance analysis showed that the initial rolling temperature should be controlled from 1 100 ℃ to 1 180 ℃, If the temperature is higher than 1180 ℃, the rolled piece will be difficult to be bitted;if the temperature is below 1 100 ℃, the steel tend to thermal crisp and the head of rolled piece is easy to crack.
轧制结果及性能分析表明,开轧温度控制在1100~1180℃范围内较好,高于此温度范围轧制时会出现轧件打滑,咬入困难现象,温度低于此范围,钢容易发生热脆,轧件头部易开裂。
