补充资料：货币法律制度
货币法律制度是指国家法律和法令规定的货币发行、流通和管理制度。我国货币法律制度是以中国人民银行发行的人民币为合法通货，有计划地管理货币流通的制度。规定货币法律制度的法律、法令称为货币法。
我国货币法律制度主要内容有：
1.我国法定货币为人民币，法定单位是“圆”，圆是主币，有1圆、2圆、5圆、10圆、50圆、100圆6种；辅币名称为“角”和“分”，有1角、2角、5角和1分、2分、5分6种，其中辅币和低值主币有纸币和硬币两种。
2.人民币是我国唯一的合法通货。法律规定，金银不得进入流通，禁止外币流通、使用，禁止私自买卖外汇，严禁伪造，变造国家货币。
3.人民币的发行权由国务院授权中国人民银行独家统一掌管。
4.我国的黄金储备和外汇储备由中国人民银行统一调度、集中管理。
