分子筛 molecular sieve 一类天然的或人工合成的沸石型结晶硅铝酸盐。其化学通式为Mx/n〔(AlO2)x·(SiO2)y〕·mH2O,式中M为化合价为n的金属离子,通常是Na+、K+、Ca2+等。分子筛具有多孔的骨架结构,在结构中有许多孔径均匀的通道和排列整齐、内表面相当大的空穴。这些晶体只能允许直径比空穴孔径小的分子进入孔穴,从而可使大小不同的分子分开,起到筛选分子的作用,故而得名。根据硅铝酸根中SiO2/Al2O3的比值不同,分子筛可分为A型、X型、Y型和丝光沸石等几种。 分子筛广泛用于分离技术,例如分离蛋白质、多糖和合成高分子等,也可用作气体和液体的干燥剂。以分子筛为活性组分制得的催化剂通常用作固体酸催化剂。近年来,分子筛催化的非酸式反应(包括氧化、还原、烃类低聚、羰基化等反应)日益引起注意。还发现以其他杂原子(如镓、锗、铁、硼、磷等)取代铝和硅,所形成的杂原子沸石分子筛,具有某些特殊的催化性能。 |
