性质:又名丙二胺亚胺,丙二胺四乙酰亚胺,抗癌-173。为白色粉末,溶于热水,酸中稳定,碱中不稳定。由哌嗪二酮制取。适用于急性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤、肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肾癌和软组织肉瘤术后预防远处转移,特别是肺转移的发生。制剂为片剂。
