长期以来,沙角C电厂锅炉吹灰器的投停都以固定不变的成组方式进行,吹灰模式存在很多问题,严重影响了机组的效率和安全运行,为此提出了吹灰程序的优化试验:对锅炉吹灰器重新分组,结合锅炉运行参数的变化,不断地调整吹灰模式,针对锅炉结焦积灰情况,制定出适应每台锅炉的针对性吹灰程序,选择性地对锅炉受热面进行吹灰,这样,一方面,继续有效地抑制锅炉结焦,另一方面大大提高了机组效率,保证了锅炉的安全经济运行。
