The development of new type of corrosion-resisting and wear-resisting cast iron (coded as SSA) is stated, especially in detail in design idea, experimental method, technical features and superiorities, the technical difficult keys in its process analyzed and the relative counter-measures presented.

In this paper, the effect of Ni, Cu and Cr/C on microstructure and properties of high chromium ferroalloy is explored by the method of contrast experiment, and the development of a new high chromium ferroalloy with wear and corrosion resistance is finished.
