Wucunshan Tunnel of Xiamen which is designed as shallow large span structure needs to go through dense buildings in Punan territory,and construction difficulties is unusual both at home and abroad.

The ground surface settlement of large-span shallow tunnel was analyzed by the Peck prediction method and numerical simulation method,and the numerical simulation results gave the dynamic process of ground surface settlement with the construction.
