本文利用叶绿素荧光技术研究了3种环境胁迫(汞胁迫、铜胁迫、热胁迫)对蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)光合作用的影响,并结合了传统的生物量指标和光合色素指标研究了环境胁迫对小球藻的作用机理,以期了解蛋白核小球藻对不同环境胁迫的响应,为生物监测新指标的探索提供科学的依据。
