性质:又称陶瓷组织结构,简称陶瓷织构或瓷相。指用显微镜可观察到的陶瓷体内部的组织结构。包括:晶相种类,晶粒的形貌、大小、分布和取向,玻璃相的存在和分布,气孔尺寸、形状和分布,各种杂质(包括添加物)、缺陷、微裂纹的存在形式和分布,以及晶界特征等等。所有这些综合起来构成显微结构。显微结构的形成不仅和化学组成有关,而且和原材料性质,工艺过程(如升温速度、保温时间等)紧密相关。对于给定化学组成的陶瓷来说,其性能很大程度上取决于其显微结构。研究化学组成、显微结构,性能与应用之间的相互关系是陶瓷材料科学的一项主要任务。
