gundao辊道(roner table)在连铸机上用于输送铸坯的装置。有中间辊道、切割区辊道,出坯辊道,横移区辊道之分。中间辊道位于拉矫机和切刻设备之间,用于支承和输送铸坯和输送引锐杆。拉坯时,中间辊道与拉速同步,送引锭杆时可以用较高的速度。切割区辊道为切割区附近的辊道,该辊道中有几个辊子需要升降或摆动,以防止切割时切坏辊子和切割渣粘结辊面。出坯辊道是切割区辊道之后至冷来之前的辊道,由若干辊子组成,快速将切割后的定火铸坯输送至横移区辊道。紧接着出坯辊道的是横移区辊道,该区辊道接受出坯辊道来的铸坯,将铸坯输送至固定挡板之前,由横移机构将每流铸坯输送到冷床或其他区域。为使铸坯平稳迅速地运送,有时将这个区的辊道设计成可升降的。辊道按驱动方式可分为集中传动辊道和单独传动辊道两种。集中传动辊道由一台电机带动一组辊子,通过电机一减速机一链轮传动,或者通过电机一减速机一长轴一伞齿轮传动方式传动。单独传动辊道为一个电机带动一个辊子。这种辊道结构简单,操作灵活,维修方便。根据铸坯的断面尺寸计算选择辊子直径和辊身长度,切割区后的辊道辊间距取决于定尺长度。切割前辊道速度与拉坯速度一致,切割后要迅速输送铸坯,辊道速度一般为20~3om/min。 (俞姜)
