性质：一种色谱定量计算方法。即在已知量的试样中加入能与所有组分完全分离的已知量的内标物质，用相应的校正因子标准待测组分的峰值，并与内标物质的峰值进行比较，求出待测组分的百分含量的方法。内标物应是原来试样的不存在的纯物质，它不能与试样发生反应，与待测组分的性质尽可能相近；内标峰和被测峰要靠近，但又完全分开；内标物加入量要接近待测组分含量。常用的有X射线荧光内标法和原子发射内标法。
