材料:金瓜半个、百合200克,香芋150克,西米、莲子各适量。

制法:

1、金瓜剥去外皮,掏出籽,在中间挖一圆形,上笼蒸熟。

2、香芋去歧上笼蒸熟烂压成茸,莲子、西米分别加水,蒸熟。

3、百合切好洗净,飞水,放入金瓜内,上笼扣约10分钟,取出,将煨好的莲子整齐地摆入金瓜圆口(百合在中间),用香芋、西米入锅做成糖水,扒于上面即可。
