香菇 1朵 豆芽菜 少许 洋葱丝 少许黑轮卷 2个
葱花 2小匙 红萝卜丁 2块 白萝卜丁 2块 绿花椰菜 2朵
炒河粉调味料:酱油 1/2大匙 糖 2小匙 乌醋 2小匙
香油 1小匙 白胡椒粉 1/2小匙
调味料:(1)盐 1/3小匙 糖 1/3小匙 香油 1/3小匙
太白粉水 1小匙 (2)盐 1/3小匙
糖 1/2小匙 香油 1/2小匙
[制作流程]
(1)先热油锅,放入洋葱爆香,再加肉丝、红萝卜丝及香菇一起炒香,把河粉及调味料倒入翻炒,最后加豆芽菜略炒一下即可起锅,盛入便当中。
(2)将黑轮切成小段入油锅炒,加调味料(1)及葱花一起炒匀,即可起锅放入小隔层盒中。
(3)红、白萝卜川烫至熟,再放入绿花椰菜煮熟,取出冲冷水,沥干后,再加盐与香油一起拌匀,即可盛起放入便当中。
