性质:由于膜表面的结构不同,对气体渗透分离的机理也不同。按膜结构可将固体膜分为多孔膜和非多孔膜两类;按膜材质可分为无机膜和有机膜两类。非多孔膜一般是指高分子膜,气体透过膜的过程是溶解、扩散、脱溶、逸出。即气体分子在压力作用下,首先在膜的高压侧表面上溶解、继而在浓度差作用下在膜中进行扩散,最后从膜的低太侧表面上解吸出来。渗透系数,式中q为渗透气在单位时间内透过膜面积为A,膜厚度为b时的气体量;△P为气体在膜的高、低压侧的分压差;P值的大小表示气体透过膜的难易程度,其数值随膜和气体种类不同而异。评价膜对气体的选择分离性能分离系数a来表示。它等于A组分与B组分的气体渗透系数之比。P和a是评价膜的重要特性参数。目前应用领域已从传统的化学工业和石油炼制工业扩展到冶金、电子、航天、食品和医疗等工业领域。
