高剪切分散乳化是将一个相或多个相分布到另一个连续相中,而在通常情况下,这两个相是互不相溶的。
由于转定子相对的高速旋转和转定子高频机械效应带来的强劲动能使不同性质的物料在转定子狭窄的间隙中瞬时承受几十万次的液力剪切、液层摩擦、撕裂碰撞和喘流离心挤压等综合作用,使物料确保充分分散乳化、均质、溶液,从而使不相溶的固相、液相、气相瞬间高度分散和细化。
与此同时,相边界与表面张力呈指数关系,所以使终端分散相长期地保持稳定
