性质:指以凯氏(Kjeldahl)法测定的水中所含各种形态的氮,包括铵态氮和在凯氏法测定条件下能转化为铵态氮的有机氮化合物,主要是蛋白质、氨基酸、胨、核酸、尿素及其他氮为-3价态的有机氮化合物。不包括硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮及硝基、亚硝基、叠氮、联氮、偶氮、肟、腙等化合物中的氮。水中凯氏氮的含量是监测和控制水环境污染的主要指标之一,中国地面水环境质量标准对各类水域中凯氏氮的最高允许浓度作了明确规定。
