热疗 heat therapy 用各种方式使人体组织受热以达到治疗目的的方法。理疗的一类。理疗常用的热疗方法有3种:传导热疗法、辐射热疗法和高频透热疗法。①传导热疗法是以不同热源为介质,经体表将热直接传入人体,热使机体局部温度升高,改善局部循环,提高营养代谢,有利水肿吸收,促进组织修复,并可通过神经反射调节机体功能。常用的热源介质有水、石蜡、地蜡、泥、沙、盐、中草药等。临床常用以治疗关节炎、神经痛、慢性炎症、软组织损伤等。②辐射热疗法主要利用远、近红外线照射。③高频透热疗法利用短波、超短波、微波等的电磁场使人体组织内部生热,达到治疗目的。组织升温后循环改善,营养代谢提高,水肿消散,疼痛缓解。临床常用来治疗软组织损伤、劳损、水肿和血肿、神经痛、关节炎等。 |
