捏脊 捏脊 按摩方法名。又称捏癪。两手沿着脊柱的两旁，用捏法把皮捏起来，边提捏，边向前推进，由尾骶部捏到枕项部，重复3-5遍。为加强疗效，在挟提到与病情相关的背俞穴上时，可加重挟提力量，并用力向上提捏一次。《肘后备急方·治卒腹痛方》：“粘取其脊骨皮深取痛引之，从龟尾至顶乃止。未愈为之。”本法有调整阴阳，通理经络，促进气血运行，改善脏腑功能等作用。常用于食欲不振、消化不良、腹泻、失眠及小儿疳积等证。
