ZnSe single crystals were grown by the chemical vapor transport(CVT) method in one step,using Zn and Se elements as the raw materials and the iodine as the transport agent.
本文直接以高纯Zn、Se单质为原料,加入少量碘单质作为反应输运剂,用化学气相输运(CVT)的方法一步成功的生长出了ZnSe单晶。
