The mechanical properties of Mg alloy AZ91 with different content of Nd at room temperature and 150℃,such as tensile strength and elongation are investigated by the tensile tests at room temperature and high temperature together with fracture analysis and microstructure observation,and the relationship between Nd content and the mechanical properties of Mg alloy AZ91 is found out.
采用室温和高温拉伸试验,辅以断口分析和组织观察,对室温和150℃下不同Nd含量的镁合金AZ91的抗拉强度和延伸率等力学性能进行研究,得出镁合金AZ91的力学性能随Nd含量的变化关系。

mellUxlnx一zhuzao melhej一n镁铝锌系铸造镁合金(magnesium一alumini-um一Zine east magnesium alloy series)以铝、锌为主要合金化元素的铸造镁合金,可用于砂型和金属型铸造,也可用于压力铸造,具有良好的流动性和焊接性能,热裂倾向性低,但有较大的显微疏松倾向。 中国牌号ZM一5(7.5%一9.0%Al,0.15%一0.5%Mn,0.2%一0.8%Zn,Mg为余量)合金,ZM一10(9 .0%~1 0.2%AI,0.15%一0.5%Mn,0.2%一0.8%zn,Mg余量)合金。zM一5合金为镁铝锌系铸造镁合金的代表,相当于前苏联牌号的M月5合金。合金中杂质为铁、铜、镍、硅、钻等,根据需要可适量加些被。 铝是主要合金化元素并含有锌和锰,通过改变铝、锌含量可改变合金的力学性能、铸造性能及抗蚀性能。铝含量的增加能进一步改善合金的铸造性能和提高合金的强度,但使伸长率和抗腐蚀性能降低。加入少量的锌和锰能显著提高合金的抗蚀性能,还可以提高合金的强度。但锌含量增加会使合金的缩松倾向增加。ZM一5合金的铸态组织由固溶体叔Mg)为基体,沿它的晶界以不连续网状分布着y(Mg‘A13)相,以及分布在固溶体叔Mg)中的Mn一Ai化合物小质点所组成。热处理强化常采用两种规范:(1)淬火(T4):加热到370~380℃保温2一4h,再升温至415士5℃保温12一16h,然后在空气中冷却。(2)淬火时效(T6):淬火后再在175士5℃人工时效16h。ZM一5合金的力学性能见表1。 表1 zM一5合金的力学性能详 镁铝锌系铸造镁合金结晶间隔较大,充型能力良好,铸造工艺性能及物理常数见表2。表2 zM一s合金铸造工艺性能及物理常数}牛粉粉{字朴 镁铝锌系铸造镁合金能铸出外形和内腔形状复杂的铸件,加之镁合金在汽油、煤油、润滑油中很稳定,因而多用于航空工业的燃油系统和润滑系统。还可作为在受冲击载荷时能吸收大量能量的零部件及飞机着陆轮的轮毅。 (杨朴)
