镁合金 magnesium alloy 以镁为基体加入其他元素而构成的有色合金。主要合金元素有铝、锌、锰、锆、钍、稀土金属等。镁合金的特点是,比强度和比刚度高,相同重量的构件,采用镁合金可获得比钢和铝合金更高的刚度;阻尼容量高,减振能力强,适于制造承受冲击载荷和振动的零部件;负电性高,与其他金属直接接触时,会产生接触腐蚀,因此必须采用涂层、镀层等保护层,但可作为牺牲阳极材料直接使用;化学活性强,在加工过程中必须用熔剂或气体加以保护,以防止与水接触时发生燃烧或爆炸。 按制造工艺分为变形镁合金和铸造镁合金。变形镁合金可通过塑性变形加工成板材、带材、管材、棒材、型材和锻件等。主要有镁锰系合金 、镁铝锌系合金 、镁锌锆系合金、镁稀土金属系合金、镁钍系合金和镁锂系合金,多用作航空航天器的结构材料和飞机蒙皮等。铸造镁合金可通过铸造工艺制成外形和内腔形状很复杂的零件。主要有含铝镁合金和含锆镁合金,后者又有镁锌锆系合金、镁稀土锆系合金和新发展的含钇、含钕镁合金,多用于制造飞机、汽车、摩托车、电影机械的零部件,以减轻重量,提高性能。 |
