补充资料：郭桓案
| 郭桓案 中国明太祖朱元璋严惩户部侍郎郭桓等吞盗官粮的重大案件。洪武十八年（1385）三月，御史告发北平承宣布政使司、提刑按察使司官吏李F8A3、赵全德等与户部侍郎郭桓、胡益、王道亨等共同舞弊，吞盗官粮。明太祖令审刑司拷讯，牵涉礼部尚书赵瑁等人，发现除侵吞宝钞金银外，仅贪污税粮及鱼盐等即折米2400余万石。于是，赵瑁等皆弃市，自六部左右侍郎以下皆处死。供词牵连各布政使司官吏，系狱拟罪者数万人，株连之人遍天下，中产以上民家被抄杀者不计其数。于是引起许多地主官僚的不满，纷纷指斥、攻击告发处理此案的御史和法官。为防止矛盾扩大，明太祖乃手诏公布郭桓等人罪状，而将原审法官右审刑吴庸等处磔刑，以平众怨。 |
