【性状】
本品为橙黄色的澄明液体；遇光易变质。
【鉴别】
取本品适量 (约相当于维生素Ｂ1mg)，照维生素Ｂ项下的鉴 别(1)项试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
pH值 应为4.5 ～6.5 （附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
避光操作。精密量取本品适量（约相当于维生素Ｂ10mg）置 1000ml量瓶中，加10％醋酸溶液2ml 与14％醋酸钠溶液7ml ，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀， 照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ B），在444nm的波长处测定吸收度，按C17H20N4O6的吸收系数 （Ｅ1% 1cm）为323 计算，即得。
