(3)将高汤加热，将材料1各放少许入锅以9分满为限，先放一半量的大白菜、四川菜及蕃茄，加调味料1至磙熟後再放材料4。
(4)待水磙後依个人喜好放入肉片、海鲜等。肉片用筷子夹著，两面翻动，颜色变白，没有呈红色即是熟了，沾上沾料即可食用。
(5)火烤平底锅加热，盖上铝泊纸(预防沾锅)，上面放上少许奶油溶化後，将腌好的肉片放上，两面煎烤熟後食用，海鲜等以相同方法烤熟食用。
