There was a key transmit period from the beginning of the 19th century to the 30s of the 20th century, when many problems in modern society in the Middle East had taken root.

The former is as follows: multi-lateral security cooperation is institutionalizing;regional security framework is forming;political forces in this region are relatively balanced;exterior sources of quakes are virtually destroyed;and Central Asian countries have improved their national defense capabilities.

Due to the over-exploitation on the water resources without effective protection in the past decades,in this region there exists very serious water crisis which has imposed negative impacts on the regional security.

With the historical inductive approach and document analytic approach , this paper attempts to explore and sort the Chinese factors in Central Asia’s regional security comprehensively and systematically, and has made one’s own analysis and judgement in regional political security situation ,have certain realistic meanings.
