主料:豆腐两块,竹笋一两,香菇、油菜各少许。
佐料:酱油、白糖、花椒水、葱末、料酒、味素、淀粉各少许。
做法:(1)竹笋切成段,豆腐切成片,用开水烫一下;
(2)锅内放油,油热后用葱末、香菇、油菜炸锅,加酱油、白糖、花椒水、料酒、味素,添上半勺鸡汤,烧开后把豆腐、竹笋倒入锅内烧一会, 见汤不多时,用淀粉勾汁即可出锅。
