性质:亦称铸型尼龙(cast nylon)。将己内酰胺(或其他内酰胺)熔融后加入催化剂和助催化剂,迅速均匀浇铸于预热的模具内,在惰性气体环境中使之开环聚合制得的浇铸制品。熔点198℃,拉伸强度75~97MPa,拉伸弹性模量240~310MPa,压缩强度96~104MPa,弯曲强度>95MPa,冲击强度(缺口)约5kJ/m2,洛氏硬度R95~120,热变形温度(0.45MPa)204~218℃。主要用于尼龙大型制品,少量多品种制品,如制作滑动轴承、齿轮、大型阀座、导轨、容器等。
