鸽枣饭
[原料] 鸽子1只,红枣3-5枚,粳米200克,黄酒、白糖、酱油、姜汁适量。
[制法]
1、鸽子洗净去内脏,斩成小快,用黄酒、白糖、酱油、姜汁浸渍。
2、红枣洗净去核。
3、粳米煮饭,饭将成时,将鸽肉、红枣倒在饭上再蒸20分钟即成。
[功能] 壮阳益气,补血益肾。
[主治] 体质虚弱、神疲乏力、精神不振、畏寒肢冷等症。
