[原料] 鸽子1只，红枣3-5枚，粳米200克，黄酒、白糖、酱油、姜汁适量。
[制法]
1、鸽子洗净去内脏，斩成小快，用黄酒、白糖、酱油、姜汁浸渍。
2、红枣洗净去核。
3、粳米煮饭，饭将成时，将鸽肉、红枣倒在饭上再蒸20分钟即成。
[功能] 壮阳益气，补血益肾。
[主治] 体质虚弱、神疲乏力、精神不振、畏寒肢冷等症。
