性质:又称柠檬苦素、柠檬烯、白鲜内酯。三萜类苦味素,无色结晶(由二氯甲烷-异丙醇或醋酸中结晶)。熔点297~298℃(分解)。旋光度[α]D-128°(c=1.21,丙酮)。溶于乙醇和冰醋酸,微溶于水和乙醚。植物来源有芸香科植物黄柏(Phellodendron amurense Rupr.)的皮,自鲜(Dictamnus alba L.)的皮等。具有驱虫、抗溃疡、降血糖作用,还能使肠管弛缓,缩短α氯醛糖和乌拉坦引起的小鼠睡眠时间。
