性质:TPD将已吸附了吸附质的吸附剂或催化剂按预定的升温程序(如等速升温)加热,得到吸附质的脱附量与温度关系图的方法。主要用于考察吸附质与吸附剂或催化剂之间的结合情况,可获得催化剂表面性质,活性中心,表面反应等方面的信息。例如用NH3TPD测量表面酸性,CO2 TPD测量表面碱性等。脱附谱包含的信息有峰的数目(与结合状态数有关),峰极大处的温度值和各种结合状态的分子数(正比于每个峰的面积)。对图谱随加热速度和初始覆盖度变化的分析,可得出每一结合状态的其他信息,如脱附活化能,脱附速率常数的指前因子和脱附动力学级数。
