[药理作用] 1.对神经系统的影响 rb1、rb2和rc混合皂甙有安定作用。rc可中等度抑制猫的行为和脑电,并抑制电刺激猫中脑所引起的脑电觉醒反应。rb1能减少乙酰胆碱引起的豚鼠离体子宫的收缩。 2.对循环系统的作用 人参皂甙rc对大鼠有减慢心率和双相性血压作用(先升后降)。还有舒张犬血管的作用。 3.对物质代谢的影响(1)对核酸和蛋白质代谢的影响人参皂甙rc能明显增加大鼠骨髓细胞dna、蛋白质的合成。体外与rb1、rb2的混合物亦能促进大鼠骨髓dna的生物合成。rc也能促进血清蛋白质的合成。但亦有报道r可促进14c一亮氨酸掺入大鼠血清白蛋白、a一、b一和r一球蛋白中。rc减少3h乳清酸掺入大鼠肝细胞核rna,减弱整体大鼠肝rna多聚酶活性。(2)对脂质代谢的影响人参皂甙rc使14c一醋酸盐掺入大鼠血清和肝中胆固醇的量增加。 4.抗疲劳作用人参皂甙rc可明显增加小鼠被迫行走的自发活动。
