[药理作用] 1.对神经系统的影响人参皂甙rd可中等度抑制猫的行为和脑电,并抑制电刺猫中脑所引起的脑电觉醒反应。人参皂甙rd可使乙酰胆碱引起的肠管收缩减弱。 2. 对循环系统的作用人参皂甙rd对大鼠有减慢心率和双相性血压作用(先升后降)。 3.对物质代谢的影响(1)对核酸和蛋白质代谢的影响人参皂甙rd能促进血清蛋白质合成。(2)对脂质代谢的影响人参皂甙rd使14c一醋酸盐掺入大鼠血清和肝中胆固醇的量增加。 4.抗疲劳作用: 人参皂甙rd可明显增加小鼠被迫行走的自发活动。
