性质:在高温下固化成型的树脂基复合材料。高温一般指高于150℃的温度。常用的树脂有酚醛和环氧树脂。前者包括两类:热塑性酚醛树脂采用六亚甲基四胺(乌洛托品)固化剂,固化温度为150~170℃;热固性酚醛树脂的固化温度为160℃。酚醛树脂的高温固化需在高压下进行。环氧树脂高温固化剂有芳香胺,如DDM、DDS、MPSA、二元酸酐,如顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二酸酐和双腈胺等。这类复合材料基体树脂结构紧密,热稳定性好、强度高、耐化学腐蚀性和耐大气老化性能优良,并且预浸料具有较长的适用期。工艺条件复杂,需高温加热设备,对大型制件难以满足,应在保证性能前提下尽量降低固化温度,靠近中温固化。适用于制造有较高使用温度要求的非大型结构件,广泛用于航空航天、机械制造、能源、化工及其他工业领域。
