Fourteen new 1H-1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing aryloxyacetate unit were synthesized by the reaction of 2-bromo-4,4-dimethyl-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)pentan-3-one with substituted phenoxyacetic acid derivatives, the structures of which have been characterized by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.
