枸杞菜猪肝汤
材料:新鲜枸杞菜500克、新鲜猪肝100克、姜适量。
做法:
1、将枸杞菜去梗洗净、猪肝洗净切片、姜切片代用。
2、点火起锅,放入冷水2升左右。
3、水开后放入姜片、枸杞菜、猪肝并滴入少许料酒。加盖再煮15 分 钟,
放入盐、鸡精,滴入少许香油即可。
功能:清肝明目、凉血、减燥,对面色萎黄及黄褐斑较有效。
