性质:以聚甲醛树脂为基料,玻璃微珠为填充剂的复合物。玻璃微珠的直径一般为10~25μm,填充量10%~30%。具有高刚性和低挠曲特性。弯曲强度和压缩强度较纯聚甲醛有所提高,尺寸稳定性有所改善。机械强度虽不及玻璃纤维增强聚甲醛,但各向异性小。由聚甲醛树脂与玻璃微珠均匀混合制得。主要用作具有高刚性要求的机械零部件。
