性质:丁二烯和苯乙烯以丁基锂为引发剂,环已烷为溶剂,极性化合物(如四氢呋喃)为无规剂进行溶液聚合制备的共聚橡胶。通过控制聚合物的微观结构,特别是提高乙烯基含量及采用偶联技术和末端改性来改善其滚动阻力和抗湿滑性,使其滚动阻力和抗湿滑性与其他性能都达到最佳平衡。溶聚丁苯橡胶由于其低的滚动阻力和高的抗湿性和耐磨性,成为20世纪80年代以来世界丁苯橡胶发展的重点。因它符合当今世界轮胎技术进步,即同时满足轮胎对节能、高速安全、使用寿命和乘坐舒适的要求。而乳聚丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶和天然橡胶都做不到这点,据IISRP预测,西欧对溶聚丁苯橡胶的需求将达到8.8%的年增长率。为了满足生产多种牌号的要求,一般均采用间歇聚合,对自控有很高要求。生产成本比乳聚丁苯约高17%。
