材料:
糯米粉 100g
粘米粉 150g
沙糖 60g
水 80g
红豆 约100g
红枣 数粒装饰用
做法:
把糯米粉,粘米粉.沙糖和在一起,用筷子搅和一点一点加水,使粉成干湿状,最后用双手搓面,使面松散,过筛加入红豆和匀.
倒一半粉到碗里,开大火蒸约十分钟,开锅把另一半粉倒入弄平表面,加上装饰用红枣,再蒸30分钟.
为了减省搓面的时间,就用打蛋器,谁知回来一看,不但没和匀,还弹了一地都是面,最后还是要用手去搓..
